1. Introduction

Welcome to TALKLINK.LIVE. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website.

2. No Cloud Recording

TALKLINK.LIVE does not store recorded videos. All recordings are created locally on the user's device using the browser's MediaRecorder API. We do not have access to your video files, and they are never uploaded to our servers.

3. Camera and Microphone Permissions

Camera and microphone permissions are used strictly for the purpose of meeting functionality and local recording. Streams are transmitted directly between participants via WebRTC (Peer-to-Peer) whenever possible.

4. Data Storage

We use Firebase only for storing basic text data such as user accounts, room names, meeting links, and admin settings. We DO NOT upload or store any video, audio, recording file, camera stream, microphone stream, or media blob in Firebase or any other database.

5. Your Responsibilities

Since recordings are created locally, users are solely responsible for downloading and saving their recordings before closing the browser tab. If you close the tab without downloading, the recording will be lost permanently.
