Full Time Inbound Care Consultant, Clearwater
We are looking for an experienced customer service representative. As one of the primary points of contact with the customer, the care consultant’s responsibility is to make sure that the customer is met with a positive experience. The care consultant must display a level of compassion when interacting with customers. The ideal candidate will need to handle each interaction in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
Core Responsibilities:
Provide superior customer satisfaction
Receiving, answering inquiries, and processing orders by telephone
Display the ability to operate the phone system effectively
Adhere to work schedule
Required Qualifications:
The ability to perform tasks in which you are trained for
Strong customer service skills
Computer knowledge
Flexible and adaptable to change
Act in accordance to company and industry standards and procedures
Exceptional decision making and problem solving skills
Dependable. Flexibility with schedule. May be required to work night and or weekends.
Ability to type 35-45 WPM
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must be able to pass drug screening and level 2 background
Professional
A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
