Entry-Level Indoor Agricultural Specialist, Quincy

Primary Job Functions:

•           Physical, repetitive agricultural work, follow directions & take instructions from supervisors
•           Repetitive climbing on a ladder or working on a elevated platform
•           Watering plants
•           Filling pots with soil
•           Pruning plants
•           Harvesting plants

Requirements:

•           High School Diploma
•           Highly motivated
•           Works well in a team environment
•           Attention to detail
•           Strong communication skills
•           Punctual
•           Cultivation experience preferred
•           At least 21 years of age and able to pass a comprehensive background screening
