District Manager, Orlando

Position requires travel between Orange County, Pinellas County, Hillsborough County, Polk County, and Pasco County.

Marijuana Doctor is a chain of medical cannabis offices with locations all throughout Florida. Marijuana Doctor is currently looking for a full time regional manager to oversee the Central and West area!

Responsibilities:

• Train a productive Medical office Teams

• Oversees office manager, admin team, and back office duties

• Assist with preparing staff work schedules and assign specific duties

• Ensure clinical safety procedures are in place and followed

• Abides by HIPAA laws regarding of sharing of personal medical information

• Promote Excellent customer service

• Supervise administrative activities directly related to providing adequate patient care.

• Work cooperatively with medical staff to provide patients quality care

Qualifications

• Management experience required.

• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly desired.

• Cannabis industry experience a plus.

• Operational reporting knowledge a plus.

• Technical skills a plus.

• Experience in the healthcare field is a plus.

• Must have the ability and experience using Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications

• Must be flexible with schedule will require nights and some Saturdays

• Requires travel 75% of the times around above counties mentioned.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 /year

2 weeks vacation after 6 months employment
