Greenhouse Technician III, Eustis

The Greenhouse Technician III position leads, plans and carries out propagation activities alongside the Greenhouse Manager. Leads Greenhouse Technicians I and II to carry out the production plan and the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing medicinal cannabis, including, but not limited to; watering, feeding, flushing, pruning, washing, cloning, and transplanting under the supervision of the Greenhouse Manager. Attention to detail is extremely important as is record keeping. The ideal candidate will excel as a leader and team member within a tightly controlled, state regulated system and timelines.

Essential Functions

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Cutting propagation, transplanting, moving plants, watering, applications, sanitation.
General maintenance duties in nursery.
Knowledge of growing techniques, including; germination, cloning, and transplantation.
Plant pests, diseases and other perils, with a keen eye for spotting issues before they become a problem.
Follow Clean Stock protocols in accordance with Cultivation and Program Managers.
Follow CVD protocols and follow Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs)
Manage marijuana plants, giving each individual plant the attention it needs.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Ability to execute techniques consistently.
